Sept. 30th: Blogs and Google Docs

We've just finished an exploration of blogs and the blogosphere. The core activities are:

1. set up your own blog

2. publish a post

3. additional: embed a widget, subscribe to a group, create a group, etc.

Blogging is a way to post and share your interests--a way to "learn" informally.

We're working on our GoogleDocs module. So far, we've created an iGoogle page, and will be subscribing to blogs, websites, news etc. using GoogleReader, and RSS aggregator. Next up: GoogleDocs and GoogleNotebook.
